Electricity
You can buy electricity from us no matter where you live or operate in Sweden. You will find our current prices here. If you have any questions you are welcome to contact us.
We produce about 26 % of the electricity sold to our costumers, the rest is bought on the power market Nord Pool Spot. In our production we take great regard to nature and biodiversity around our hydropower plants.
Tranås Energi also provides the electricity network in Tranås and parts of Ydre municipality.
District heating
Tranås Energi provides about 70 % of the households in Tranås with district heating from our bioenergy fueled CHP plant in Tranås. In our CHP plant we also produce electricity, and both heath and electricity are 100 % renewable.
Fiber network
The fiber network in Tranås, TRAMAN, is also provided by Tranås Energi and gives about 4000 costumers access to internet with up to 1000 Mbit speed.
